PILOT Pilot programme
Bring a real mission. Fly it with us first.
The Arksa pilot programme puts mission teams on the platform with a named mission. You bring the mission; we give your team the studio, an onboarding call and a direct line to the founder who builds Arksa.
At a glance
The pilot, in four lines
- Who
- Operators, mission designers, universities and Sovereign prospects
- Access
- The studio, by invitation, for the people you name
- Support
- An onboarding call and a direct line to the founder
- Pilot pricing
- A fixed fee, from €1,500 at founding prices for the first five customers. Invoiced, and credited in full if you subscribe within 30 days of the pilot's end.
Every pilot is agreed with you and runs under written pilot terms.
| Pilot | Scope | List | Founding |
|---|---|---|---|
| University | 12 weeks, lab team, 1 mission | €2,500 | €1,500 |
| Starter | 8 weeks, 3 users, 1 mission | €4,900 | €2,900 |
| Full | 12 weeks, 10 users, 3 missions; team features need the hosted pilot server (pilot data hosted in the EU); start date agreed with you | €12,000 | €7,200 |
A free two-week trial on your own mission comes first. The pilot fee is credited in full if you subscribe within 30 days of the pilot's end.
Pilots are invoiced in full at signing, payable within 14 days; there is no card checkout.
01 Who it is for
Teams with a mission to fly
A pilot is agreed with an organisation and a named mission, not with an individual account.
- Satellite operatorsTeams flying or about to fly spacecraft who want coverage, passes, conjunctions and operations on one model.
- Mission design teamsEngineers taking a concept from orbits to link budgets, power and compliance, ready for review.
- Universities and research institutesGroups with a student or research mission. Course partnerships stay on academic partnerships.
- Sovereign prospectsAgencies and operators evaluating the workflow before a deployment on their own servers.
02 What pilots get
The studio, and the founder behind it
- Studio access for the people you name, by invitation
- A 30-minute onboarding call that sets up your mission with you
- A direct line to the founder who builds Arksa
- Ready-made templates and reference missions to start from
- A feedback form inside the studio; the founder reads every message
- Pilot pricing: a fixed fee, from €1,500 at founding prices, credited in full if you subscribe within 30 days of the pilot's end
03 What we ask
A pilot, both ways
- A named mission you will work on during the pilot
- A named lead who owns the pilot on your side
- Honest feedback: a feedback call every two weeks and notes from the studio
- At founding prices, a logo and a short quote, published only with your written approval
- No classified or export-controlled data during the pilot
- If you are willing, a case study at the end. It is your choice, and nothing is published without your written approval
04 How it works
From application to first mission
Each step is with the founder, not a queue.
- Apply
Send the application below with the mission you have in mind.
- Intro call
A short call to agree the mission, the people and what success looks like for you.
- Pilot terms
We agree the pilot terms in writing: scope, duration, data and confidentiality.
- Invitation
The people you name are invited to the studio with their work email.
- Onboarding
A 30-minute call: we set up your mission from a template, together.
- Check-ins and review
A feedback call every two weeks, then a closing review of what worked and the next step for your mission.
05 Apply
